Hi Parents & Guardians,

I am looking forward to hanging out with your kiddos this week for The Saints Cheer picture day!

In order to release images, I need your permission to do so, through this model release.

I can not release your pictures of your minors with out the release signed. This release will allow me to add your child's images into a shared online gallery where only Saints Cheer Parents will have access to it. That is also where you view and choose your images to download.


To sign your release,

Please scroll down to your child's category and find your child's name. Clicking on your child's name will take you to a copy of the model release form. If for some reason your form link is already filled out under a different child's name, I have added some extra links at the bottom of the page!
